1/2 C flour (rounded)
2 tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp poultry seasoning
½ tsp ground mustard
¼ tsp pepper
2-3 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mix dry ingredients in a ziplock bag or large bowl. Cut chicken, place in bowl or bag and coat with flour mixture. Fry in oil until chicken is cooked—about 10 minutes.
